Terms & Conditions

The iFix annual fee covers service charges and labour costs. The free services available to our clientele are based on their package coverage. Any additional material required to complete the job will be at an additional cost to the client.

Job details of package services are the following:

  • PLUMBING – repairing or replacement of w/c, water taps, mixers, pipes, shattaf, water tank, water pump, and water heater. A quotation will be provided for large jobs.
  • ELECTRICAL – repairing and replacement of sockets, switches, dimmer switches, fans, bulbs and tube lights. A quotation will be provided for large jobs.
  • CARPENTRY – repairing and replacement of cupboards, doors, drawers, furniture, hinges. A quotation will be provided for large jobs.
  • GLAZING – repair of broken glass with boarding. Fitting is free of charge, a quotation will be provided for the cost of new glass
  • GAS PIPE MAINTENANCE -repairing of existing gas pipe connections.

  • ALUMINUM REPAIRING – repair of problems with aluminum doors or windows frames
  • DRAINAGE MAINTENANCE – indoor drainage problems. iFix does not provide external drainage services, but will arrange for a qualified technician to contact you.
  • PAINTING – interior and exterior. A quotation will be provided for areas above the free coverage in your package (Platinum cover – 60 sqm annually)
  • GYPSUM MAINTENANCE – a quotation will be provided for areas above the free coverage in your package (Platinum cover – 50 sqm, annually)
  • TILE FIXING – a quotation will be provided for areas above the free coverage in your package (Platinum cover – 15 sqm annually)

  • WATERPROOFING – a quotation will be provided for areas above the free coverage in your package (Platinum cover – 50 sqm annually)
  • PEST CONTROL – a quotation will be provided for anything above the free coverage in your package (Platinum cover- semi-annually)
  • GENERAL HANDYMAN SERVICES – routine repairs around the home, including putting up shelves and other small wall fixings.
  • CURTAIN HANGING –­ re-hanging of curtains. This is limited to maximum of 6 windows per visit.
  • FURNITURE SHIFTING – this is for indoor furniture only, and does not include the dismantling or fixing of furniture. Limited to two room per visit.

  • LOCKSMITH – repair and replacement of all types of key locks (not including electronic or digital locks). Replacement locks can be provided at an additional cost.
  • PARQUET MAINTENANCE – replacement or fixing of loose parquet boards.
  • WATER TANK CLEANING – free of charge once annually, for a maximum of 3 tanks. A quotation will be provided for additional tanks or visits.
  • OUTDOOR HOME WASH – free of charge once annually.
  • SWEET WATER FILTER CHANGING – free of charge. Replacement filters can be provided at an additional cost.

  • 24/7 EMERGENCY SERVICE (Electrical)–Electrical tripping, No Electricity, Smoke from Distribution Box, Burning of Electrical Sockets and Switches.
  • 24/7 EMERGENCY SERVICE (Plumbing) – No Water, Tank Over Flow, Heavy Leakage.
  • NON-EMERGENCY SERVICE–Will be provided in 24 hours
